• Cancellation Policy
Deep Creek Retreat (DCR) will make reasonable efforts to re-rent the premises in the event of a timely cancellation request, minimum of 30 day written notice by USPS , for the time period that Tenant has reserved. DCR can not and will not guarantee the success of such efforts. If DCR is able to re-rent the premises, DCR will refund any payment you have made less a Cancellation Fee of $100.00. If the premises are not re-rented, the Initial Rent Deposit shall be forfeited and not be returned to the Tenant. Changing reservation dates for the same season may be possible with 30 days advance written notice and subject to availability. A Change fee of $50.00 will be assessed.
